Online Order F.A.Q

How does it work?

Our online order system was designated to improve the wait time without making customers have to spend time on phone calls or line. You can simply order and we will leave the order ready for you. Please make sure you can present us proof of your purchase.

NEW: We are now offering delivery services through our website, you simply select "Delivery" and add all the details of your address and contact info, as soon as you place the order a 3rd party driver will come and pick-up your order and deliver to your door. Basically it's the same system as Uber/Doordash but placing order through our website makes you gain loyalty points for rewards at the bakery.

Do I need to wait in line?

No! The orders paid online will be processed as the same way as Uber Eats and Doordash, where the client will pick-up in a designated area. Be mindful if you need to add anything else to your order we will ask you to go back to the regular line. The online order is not meant to get in the way of people who wait in the regular line.

Why I can't order more things?

We are starting this system and we need to take one step at the time. First, most of the items available are from our Kitchen, like Sandwiches, Juices, Pastéis, and others. If you want something from our Quitandas for now please take the regular line and we will be more than glad to serve you!

How Long does it take?

Time is very relative, but please allow at least 10 minutes for your order to be ready. On weekends this time can go up significantly. We will try our best to always add the proper wait time in our system.

We are always improving
